Below the form, you’ll find the workshop guidelines, cancellation and refund policies, and payment details. Payment is accepted by e-transfer, and your spot will be confirmed once it’s received so be sure to complete that step to secure your seat.

How to Pay for Your Workshop Seat
The cost per person for this workshop is $50 (regularly $75) and your payment can be made by e-transfer.
Once your payment is received, I’ll email you your confirmation (with the exact workshop location) and your spot will be officially secured.
If possible, please send payment within 48 hours of registering. Because space is limited, unpaid registrations may be released if the workshop reaches capacity.

There are a lot of similar letters in there so copy and paste the email address or double check the spelling before you hit send. It’s easy to mistype – I’ve done it myself!
Auto-deposit has been set up so there is no need to enter a security question. Please remember to include the full name you used when filling out the registration form above in the “message” section at the bottom so that I can match your payment to your form.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
I know life doesn’t always go according to plan, and sometimes things come up.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before the workshop will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-refundable.
If you’re no longer able to attend, and the refund window has closed, you do have a couple of options:
1) You’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member. Just let me know so I can update the registration list. The new attendee will need to complete their own registration form before attending.
2) You may also transfer your registration to a future workshop date, subject to availability.
Each workshop is planned with a limited number of spots to keep the group experience small and consistent, so this policy helps ensure spaces are used fairly and intentionally.
If a workshop needs to be cancelled or rescheduled from my side, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer into a future session.
